بدأت تجربتنا تحت اسم «المعصرة المباركة»، ثم تطورت مع الوقت لتصبح «معصرة تعاونية خيرات زمران» — مشروع تعاوني يجمع أبناء المنطقة حول هدف واحد: تطوير قطاع الزيتون بجماعة زمران الشرقية، إقليم قلعة السراغنة.
Notre expérience a débuté sous le nom de « Maâsra Mbaraka », puis a évolué pour devenir la « Coopérative Khayrat Zemrane » — un projet coopératif réunissant les habitants de la région autour d'un même objectif : développer la filière oléicole de la commune de Zemrane Charkia, province de Kelaât Sraghna.
Our journey began under the name "Maâsra Mbaraka", and evolved over time into the "Khayrat Zemrane Cooperative" — a cooperative project bringing together the people of the region around a shared goal: developing the olive sector in the commune of Zemrane Charkia, Kelaât Sraghna province.

Aujourd'hui, la coopérative opère depuis un siège équipé au douar Oulad Ali Bendaoud, et vend sa production en gros et au détail, sous supervision et autorisation sanitaire officielle.
Today, the cooperative operates from an equipped site at Douar Oulad Ali Bendaoud, selling its production wholesale and retail, under official sanitary supervision and authorization.
